Q. Do I need a PayPal account to buy tickets online?

A. You DO NOT need a PayPal Account to buy tickets. You can use your credit card directly.

Q. Do you keep my Credit Card Information?

A. Webster Theatre Guild never sees your credit card information. This is kept confidential and private by PayPal.

Q. What Credit Cards do you take?

A. You can pay using either your PayPal account, or VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express

Q. Is there general admission?

A. All shows are reserved seating. We pick the best available seats for the show you choose.

Q. How do I get my tickets after I place my order?

A. The tickets will be waiting for you at the Will Call line at the theatre.

Q. I don't want to wait in line, is there any other way to get my tickets?

A. Yes, you can elect to have us send your tickets to you via U. S. Mail ($1.00 shipping fee)

Q. Are there any other fees?

A. Yes, a handling charge of $0.50 per ticket will automatically be added to your order, to cover the cost PayPal charges us for processing of the credit cards.
